So your solution, based on an assumption that plants feel pain and suffering, is that we should cause suffering to plants, then feed it to the animals so we can cause suffering to them as well? That we should live in a world that strives to cause as much suffering as possible? You might want to reevaluate who has the disease here. Even if your cannibalism suggestion wasn't crazy, it's unsustainable without additional inputs.

My cannibalism suggestion was not crazy in fact it's highly enlightened by all respectable standards and half of it's beauty is it's natural evolution into self cannibalism as an artistic gesture flirting with the laws of thermodynamics, but like I said, I'm a heathen and also not racist against plants, unlike diseased vegans, sir.

If you're going to come on here citing obscure and off the wall theories, without any proper scientific peer review, you should expect that. You have no idea if plants feel pain or pleasure with stimuli. It also assumes that all plants are equal, that seeds, nuts, and fruits also are affected by this phenomenon. What you have is a theory, one fueled by delusions that sound like "just pretend it's a filter, that makes it ok". It's like you're making things up to suit a narrative. It is not a commonly held belief at all.

It is quite easy to justify plants as we have them on this planet as not worthy of consideration as thinking beings, they most certainly are not concious, unless you wish to appeal to a spiritualist and animist perspective. Neither viewpoint has any explanatory power nor holds up to scrutiny.

Next you should say that crystals are living beings worthy of respect and deference due to their longevity.
