The fat thing needs to go

Fact. Most Americans, male and female, are overweight.

Solution A: eat healthier and exercise more.
Solution B. Ignore science and logic to adjust the curve so being over weight no longer means being over weight.

Even when I slimmed down to 148 lbs and could fit 30x30 jeans I was still actually on the threshold of healthy and overweight according to BMI.

 

The BMI is flawed. But that's a different discussion.

 

Totally agree. I've packed on 25 lbs of muscle since then and decreased my BF %. BMI classes me as overweight now, despite having a lower BF %.

 

Just make sure when you haul ### it doesn’t take two trips!! Just day’s.

 

What was the Drs reasoning for requiring the Sleep test?
He just "wanted" it ?

You obviously don't have an 18-19" neck.
Did you tell him you snore, or are frequently tired?

It's not in the regs for a required test ESPECIALLY with no warning signs.
Your COMPANY can require one.
