The fmcsa implementing anti crash braking systems Jan 2023

So we’ve heard that the fmcsa is going to force all trucks to have an anti crash braking system by January 2023 or January 2023 they are going to implement this for all trucks. Have you guys heard the same thing? What are your thoughts?

 

So this is something totally different then the abs light that comes on sometimes when pulling a trailer?

 

Sounds like a silly question but I’m guessing this is something completely different than what I’m thinking. If I ask my husband something like that sometimes he throws a conniption fit. Lol.

Will you have to get abs installed and the anti crash system for you to be legal?
