Yup shamrock has wendys, Carl's, arbys, habbit burger, islands, waba grill and pickup stix for national accounts

 

Not sure about CJ’s but Arby’s definitely went to Shamrock.

 

I couldn't land a job in one of those sectors prior to trucking to save my life!! I worked security jobs before getting my CDL and between driving jobs. So while I have kind of wised up to dealing with people, I just don't make that "special connection" beyond common greetings and such.

 

We need a habbit! Heard their burgers are pretty tasty.

Is this what it's like in California?

 

Where I live most drivers including us food service guys are spanish speaking. I taught myself Spanish just on the streets, practicing with friends etc. I've noticed since most kitchen staff are spanish speakers as well, they don't know that I speak spanish (im super fair skinned and look nothing latino) they say racist things to me in spanish quite a bit.

Wonder how many racist things these ignorant people tell other white, black and asian drivers. It's funny because they would flee like ####roaches if someone called immigration. I don't let it bother me but you know your company wouldn't have your back if you told them nor would the resturant give a monkies butt. Guess it's part of the job. What does bother me is how little we are and how disrespected we our by our employers and customers

When I worked at the beer distributor I was training a guy just out of the military and we went into a Mexican restaurant and I was telling him how hard it was to communicate with the workers... Well I was in there making an inventory trying to tell them how much beer they need and this guy just starts speaking Spanish fluently me and the owner where dumb founded well I guess his dad worked for the Mexican government when he was a kid and he lives in Mexico for 5 years after that he ended up with the majority of the Mexican places

 

So it's a bunch of beautiful girls on roller skates? Wow I've never lived anywhere like that.

 

Once in a while I'll say olah or waynodeos to the mexican's at the mexican's restaurants.
