Yeah then you can definitely start at a higher wage. Just ask since you got a lot of driving experience compared to most drivers that come aboard. One thing about McLane don’t be shy about asking about wages and starting with a higher wage. You can easily be a step down from top wage a month after training then you’ll only have to wait a year for top wage. At grade 3 1500 a week is attainable.

It wasn't easy LoL! I was the heaviest truck that day. We have a 50' guy who runs over night all the pallet stops and dock stops and I was heavier then he was that day.Radman Thanks this.

31000 lbs would flag us we'd be overweight and they would have to balance something off that heavy, but for the most part they can stuff our 28' pretty full.
