####### produce delivery guy dropped his two stacks right inside the cooler door. So not only is there no room for the customer to get in there, now I have to shove it all forward so there's a place to leave my delivery. And of course it was a key drop.

Other than that faux pas the cooler looks pretty well organized. I've seen some coolers that're a complete schmidt show. My favorite is when the cooler is half that size and they have garbage cans sitting in the middle of it. So the tomatoes go on a shelf that doesn't have tomatoes already. Lettuce boxes get sat on top of the trash cans if there isn't any room on a shelf. That way when they get in they can't help but have to rotate the stock to put everything in it's rightful place.

If I have to toss anything on a rack at a key drop, it never goes where it’s supposed to. I learned pretty quickly that’s when they call in shorts.
I have been known to rotate and stock shelves at a live delivery, if it’s someplace I like and they have an unexpected call off or something else unforeseen. And by ‘like’, I mean they are pleasant and feed me :D It might also be the place I deliver just before lunch. It makes them more likely to help me out if I have a breakdown or otherwise bad day.

So, three days this week? We're short handed right now, I'd love to see less than 6 k for the week.

Yeah three days lol! We’re in the middle of a hiring spree. We’ve got 3 guys starting.

    6k that’s a full 36-38ft trailer a day.

We use 48 ft trailers almost exclusively. Depending on what customers are being loaded I've seen trailers with upwards of 1700 cases and I've seen trailers that are basically cubed out barely over 1300 cases.

Saturday was a nice and easy sub 1100 case day so I got two backhauls... I'm off today and tomorrow it's back to the grind.

We use 28ft trailers for most things, I think we can and it depends to get like 1100 1200 cube in our trucks.
