What is going on in the industry is out of control.

Beyond the obvious safety element how can you present yourself a professional with customers if you cannot even speak with them?


We are somehow being flooded with the lowest quality of life from other countries becoming truck drivers here.

Not sure why you say that. Lots of good companies around still. You can also do it yourself as well.

 

No doubt, I will pay extra to support local or USA made. Love going to small mom and pop places.

So what you're saying is that your son's company, or the company that he works for, doesn't pay ####, despite the position that the company needs help in being a skilled position.

And your reasoning for lack of help is not because companies like the one your son works for doesn't pay ####, but rather because "today's generation is lazy."
