The problem is that I'm sure with the way they are in love with computers, they use one to come up with their "random" testing. Computers are incapable of generating a true random number. It is based on an algorithm that will produce the same set of numbers unless you manually tweak it from time to time. If you want a genuine random sample you need one of those turning barrels like they use for bingo. Put everyone's name in it, turn it a few times then reach in without looking. There is a reason they don't use a computer for the lottery.

actually roehl would be better off using a bingo number barrell for driver drug testing roehls criteria for drug testing is based on what you look like and how many tatoos you have.

get picked multiple times in such a short period of time.
