Hope you can spend time with the family over the holidays and find something local after the first of the year. The time you spent in the lease program will help you in finding that next job. Wife and son need you right now and there is nothing more important than them. Wishing you better times in the new year.

Tardis, Treefork and thelastrebel Thank this.

Yep but just be careful what you say, I know many management ppl from marshfield and some from ellenwood are on here for a fact!. if you layout your plan to the letter on here they can easily torpedo that plan by following what you say.. theres much more I wanted to say about my departure but not til i get something solid cause they still need to call roehl and get work exp info..

Not just Roehl, but any company has to be very careful what they say in retaliation against a former employee. I had a situation where during an interview I was explaining why I had been fired from a job. He looked and commented that they couldn't have had too much against me since I worked for them twice. The first time for six years and the second time for three years. Length of employment does count and what I'm hearing more and more is that the DAC is only being used as a guide. If your story adds up and your driving story agrees with the DAC and psp you should be in good shape.

By the way companies can be sued for lying if they defame a former employee. That's why most of the time they keep their information brief. You can get a copy of your DAC and just like any credit report challenge any inaccuracies.
