Good luck Eric. Fuel hauling can be a very good gig, just watch out for all those Atlanta drivers.

Thanks Buddy, lucky for me i will be staying away from ATL.. LOL.. I'll be working the northeast side of GA and the Columbia SC area. I cant imagine being a local driver in ATL. Even though the company I'm going to work for has a terminal there.

Well the new fuel program cost me right at $150 this week, not counting the no surcharge on mt miles leaving the house mt and driving 177 miles to pick up load that comes up to another $70 wonderful program!

Yep and you can be assured that the O/O's that pay attention to what they pay will start leaving in the masses. The once "decent" lease program that many of us started with is going to the waste side with each passing month. Little by little since Dan passed, the program has been gearing more and more to Screwing the driver out of money and lining Roehls pocket, like some slimy used car salesman... Dan was the only one there that still gave us a fighting chance and stood up for us.

Interesting tidbit I noticed when filling at at Loves recently. The diesel price was $4.18. When I got the receipt, gotta love Love's in giving you the receipt, it said a couple of items that were interesting.
    1. Cash discount was $4.01 per gallon.
    2. Roehl was charged at $3.779 per gallon.
I wonder what an O/O or L/O paid? May not be anything, but it makes you wonder...... Oh, and what did they get behind the scenes? Just curious....

Roehl gets discounts of up to $.40 a gallon off the cash price. That's what the o/os were getting until the 18th of November. Now the best we get is $.08 off the cash price and Roehl gets the rest.
