You don't say which city or state you live in. Have you checked with all the companies that hire new drivers? Does CR England require a contract after their orientation? If not, that may be your best route. If you choose that route, tell them beforehand you don't want to lease; you want to be a company driver or you're not interested.

Check these before making a decision:
    Apply online:
    Western Express
    Paschall Truck Lines
    JBS Carriers
    Navajo
    System Transport
    Panther Expedite

    Check this also :

Go to "Trucking Jobs" thread & then
click on "Seeking Employment" & see whats there.

Live in Western North Carolina, in between hickory, and Vale NC, yes I have looked in to other companies. local to my area. dart , wise, Pedmount xepress, they wanted 1 year of OTR. Western Express , JB Pam, USA, wanted to know what truck driving school I graduated from and it had to be 1 they consider. I received, my permit and my CDL from North Carolina DMV. didn't go to any school study hard plus pre trip was NC DMV not third party testing, I understand the driving experience that I have is not the same hauling a 48' or 53'

Little rock shows be a ways from NC by my old paper map, but they may have a terminal there. you will find bad with any rookie companies be it Swift Cr England Prime whoever the thing is you need at least one year on the road and they are the ones that will give it to you. so take your lumps from whom ever you go with and just hang on until you have that experience. they really don't expect you to stay longer than that. they hope you do, but they know how it works. you get your time no issues keep the truck upright and in a year someone will offer you something else.
