Even if the CDL driver was not at fault. Not having insurance and not being cleared to drive according to DOT/FMCSA rules means the other guys lawyer is going to bury that company. The other driver is no longer responsible.Rookie driver 956, W923, Siinman and 4 others Thank this. -

You don’t seem to understand when it comes to US law regarding commercial vehicles.
Your truck was not authorized to be on the road with that driver. This means if your truck was not suppose to be there the accident could have been avoided.
Truck owner responsible 100%
