this person can't be a very smart business owner i would have checked my insurance to make sure the driver was added. all liability is on the owner. the owner can sue the driver or ex driver in court. but i'm almost sure the courts would decide with the driver!!!

Let me talk about it when this is over. I don’t argue with you all, but I want to figure everything out myself. Of course, I’m wrong and the insurance company has the right to refuse payment.

Sometimes even the police cannot see simple but very important things.

I can't because Jesus said Matthew 5:37 But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for anything is more than these cometh of evil.

OK whatever you want, I am telling you that you are on the hook, no one else, the driver can't even be sued over this, whoever handed them the keys is liable within the company and if there was an accident, they would be sued along with the company.

The only recourse I can see is 1 of 2 things.
#1 call the COMPANY not the agent and explain how you have emails from BEFORE the accident showing you talking the agent to add him..
#2 lawyer to go after for company f8r not adding him (will probably cost more than just paying..

Now did we learn anything about what not to do when putting a driver in your truck...?

It’s pointless. He’s talking about a commercial vehicle accident and then showing pics of an accident that happened 4 years further muddying the story.

to the OP stick to the original story. You’re confusing at best, untruthful at worst and 100% liable at all times.
