Congratulations. My word of advice, beyond the posts I've already written, is to commit yourself to a minimum of two years with CRE. Aspire to run hard, with no service failures or incidents. THEN you will have a resume that begins to get the attention of better companies. Job hopping isn't the answer. So far you've been jumping sideways at best.

    LOL!

Thats exactly what I was going to link to!

I guess we'll find out in 3 - 6 months if anything he read sunk in or if offering advice is futile.

Running around in the patch you learn real quick about mudding in an 18 wheeler lol
On different but related note, I'd much rather chain up in a foot of snow than 4" of mud.
We all make mistakes. What I look for in a driver when looking for new hires is the following:
    1. Teachable, am I going to be able to help him/her grow as a driver.
    2. Accountability, are they going to be as good as their word?
    3. Common sense, if put in a ###### situation, are they going to make it better or worse
    4. Work ethic, how bad do you want it?
    5. TBA (tongue biting ability) knowomg when to keep your pie hole closed and your ears open.
