Hardwood is much nicer. All kidding aside it looks good in a truck. Is cheap. And easy to do.

 

I got a small pile of nice cherry left over from a flooring job that will fit in my future truck someday.

Been tripping over it for years because it was not enough to do a room in a house but will be perfect for a truck.

 

Bring slippers if you do hardwood.......... those little piggies will get chilly

 

Not if you insulate the floor first. Lots of automotive stick on insulation options out on the market.
