Here's a question that just came to mind. Do I need a clipboard to fill out my log book when I am on the truck or is it E logs all the way? I know for a fact that some companies have you fill out a paper log for a while on a trainers truck just to get used to it.

lionheart0901 Thanks this.

When I went through training the paper log was required for the first week. Is this no longer the case?
spat Thanks this. -
Are u seeing the mudflap on truck or trailer. Wasn't dragging a flap on either.

Yea I will bring a clip board anyways, your right Playmaker it can't hurt to have one just in case. Thanks again guys. -
Yes, clip board is needed. First for the logs, then when you get your own truck its perfect for keeping the bills on your current load. Handy for filling out com checks too. I would get the plastic one that flips open. The aluminum one is way nicer, but it scratches the dash and all the plastic.
Then, when you finish that trip, scan the paperwork, then file the trip in a expandable file box. -
Lost 2 more possibly 3 today all from failing cdl permit test. And then there were 7.....

Did you have anyone show up that already has a cdl?
