The New FFE Driver Academey

i find it funny when i look back at the start of this thread. so many people coming in and saying that "you'll change your tune in 6 months about that company".... so how has your tune changed there playmaker. must be miserable here. i mean how dare they give you a nice new truck. what is their problem, letting someone that will hate the company train and help others start their career. what is the deal with this company only giving you around 3000 miles, how is that going to make you money... makes me laugh because i have been here for 3 months now, thanks to your thread, and i have never been happier at a job other then the old fire department and i am glad i found this company. every company has its problems including this one but the good far outweighs the bad. keep on rolling man and keep up the good work.

 

I am glad y'all are doing good Tigger. There are some who will make it, others while trying to stay upbeat won't. I wish I could tell other people why it worked that way, but I don't have a clue.

 

yea unfortunatly you came at what was a hell of a crappy time with all the problems getting trucks and with the fireings it was a bad time but i am glad you found a home(though i forget what company it was)

I have given up football for the season, my team never showed up for the 2nd half. Now I am scared of what next season will look like

Tigger, I just had the worst luck with FFE both tries. I attempted to keep a positive attitude like y'all but after a while it just turns into i'm tired of getting screwed. I'm with Conway (right now sitting on an extended wait), and so far I am very happy. I can say that I am ALOT more impressed by our shop people than with FFE. I used to get grilled over needing repairs there, here they just say get it taken care of.

 

Yea the shop is our weakest link. I am going to try and get any repairs done away from our shop now that I have a new one.

 

Tigg, looking forward to joining the ranks, just wondered if you bought a gps, and what cb you use. I have really enjoyed your posts.
