After 6 years off the road you will be starting fresh. The good thing about going with FFE is the no out of pocket expense (Except for food and cost at the dmv). Remember, the recruter will blow a little smoke, so have your BS filter on.

I spoke to my recruiter and Tuesday the 3rd is my start date. They are taking Monday off for the holidays. Im nervous about the DOT physical as I tend to get higher blood pressure readings at the doc's office. I think it's called White Coat syndrome?? Any advice? I heard taking a CoQ 10 supplement will help but with less than a week away, I dont know if this is a waste of time or not.

there are ways to lower your bp for a short time frame. don't know any off the top of my head but i do know that if you are a smoker DO NOT have any the morning of the physical. that will help

hay man take it from me, spat and playmaker can deffinatly back me up on this one, living in a truck with anouther person is not all it is cracked up to be. take your time before jumping into the team thing and make sure you find one you are compatable with.

the two months I had was one month Trainer and one month fellow student, I enjoyed the comraderie. I,m easy going as long as I dont end up with a driver who s$$t himself,
    I still have my CDL

No salt or processed foods drink only water or decaf tea, eat less than 1500 calories a day for the week prior to test. try Hawthorne berry and flaxseed oil available at Walmart

Hey Play and Spat how you guys been doing..hoping to get some good miles turned in make up for my time home :biggrin_255: Need to have my truck looked at the check engine light is on and my thermostat for icon (prostar) doesnt work all that well.
