How long is the committment that FFE requires for your school financing to be forgiven? Was just reading somewhere else that it's THREE YEARS! (####!)

No it's one year....with no payroll deductions.....but if you leave before your year is up then you will owe money. The total cost of the school is $3000.00....I'm not sure if they prorate the amount based on when you leave....or maybe you will be charged the total amount regardless of the time that you stay short of the years commitment

that is my check and adding in advances i took on that check. so for a 500 dollar check i would get 340 deposited in my bank and i ALWAYS get 2 80 dollar advances on my check. and advances are available 2 times a week at 80 dollars each, or less if you take less. i use the advances as my road money. i do all my eating(resturants and in truck groceries) smoking, scales and some tolls if they are not much out of it. that way i do not have to touch my check and the money in my bank is for my girl to blow every penny of... lol

    JaCk ThE TrIpPeR Thanks this.

Is this the same "girl" that spat or playmaker claimed you were having phone sex with in the WalMart parking lot a while back? :biggrin_25523:

Time for an update. Have made it through the first 3 weeks of training with Playmaker. First, I am lucky to have the trainer that I have. I have heard though from others in my class that they really like their trainers also. That is good news for all. From day one we worked on taking everything learned at the academy and building on it. After three weeks, I feel great with the truck. Playmaker has had me back everytime we get a chance, read every sign I see, asks me what a bridge height was after we have passed, and ALLWAYS wants to know what I see in my mirrors. Now it is finally becoming second nature, which is the point. We met with Spat in Atlanta, and I got to see the Technodome International, which was cool as hell. By the way, thanks for all your help and support Spat. I have also had some down times when I thought this was not for me. During these times, Playmaker and Spat just said I need to do what is right for me. I can not tell you how much I respect them for not lecturing me, but letting me work my way through it. Now that I have had a little home time, I am itching to get back on the road. You guys at the academy, and those on your way, remember that all the people you meet, and all of us out here really want you to succeed. Hang in there, and you will be on the road before you know it.
