FFE has a phone system? That is the most screwed up network system I've ever dealt with... I think two cans connected with a string would be an improvement.

I remember I'd be either driving with my headset on, or sitting in my sleeper trying to get ahold of someone and the phone system would always trip me up and I'd try several different ways of speaking in order to get that cyber-##### to recognize what I was saying.
At the end of it all, it always sounded like I was rehearsing for the miracle worker play. - "Tru-ck-loa-d-dis-pa-tch"

 

just cuss at it and it will connect you with some one lol

 

THe best part is after you finally get a live person, they usually say oh you have to talk to so and so let me transfer you, click followed by dial tone!

 

Exactly...and I don't miss that!

This surprises you? After all this is a FFE thread, LOL. I'm looking forward to positive on Nov. 4th!

 

This may come as a surprise, but FFE is described as " a good company to driver for " by other companies in the trucking industry.

But I suppose I will find out.for myself
