    Hydrate yourself early, as the range is hot as hell. Try to do good to get to truck 7 which has AC, last time I knew. My truck). Tell "Wildcat", Tony said hi.

    Yeah right!!!! LOL I got the truck yhat has no A/C LOL!!!!! I'm at lunch now....havin a blast on the backing range.... and yes I'm sweatin my nuts off.....:biggrin_2551:

    Its going good it has had it's up and downs. Running teams now with girlfriend we are on dedicated Con-way and Johnson and Johnson loads, last week we did 5600 miles this week we are on track for 6000. CONGRATS to all that pass the writtens today or this week.

    Yesterday was on the backing range practicing strait line backing,today its parrallel parking and serpintine pull-ups....I will say this.............parrellel parking is a pain in the arse bigtime....but I'll figure it out...!!!!:biggrin_25524:

    A big part of any new-hire's success is understanding where they start. I'm pretty sure that not many of them are hired into the Executive Vice-president slot. We all start at the bottom and will have to prove ourselves, sometimes over and over, until we are a known commodity. It's tough and takes time. And patience on our part.

    Remember, too, that FFE is still fighting really bad CSA numbers. They have to do something about them or the DOT will step in. All of that starts at their driver academy, which I bet is why they required everyone to attend, whether they hold a CDL or not.
