Passed my DPS exam.....on to the Driving and backing range tomarrow.....WooHoo!!!!!!!

Hey Playmaker How are things going so far at FFE? I have been checking that company out.Hope all is well!!

 

Yeah right!!!! LOL I got the truck yhat has no A/C LOL!!!!! I'm at lunch now....havin a blast on the backing range.... and yes I'm sweatin my nuts off.....

 

Yesterday was on the backing range practicing strait line backing,today its parrallel parking and serpintine pull-ups....I will say this.............parrellel parking is a pain in the arse bigtime....but I'll figure it out...!!!!

 

A big part of any new-hire's success is understanding where they start. I'm pretty sure that not many of them are hired into the Executive Vice-president slot. We all start at the bottom and will have to prove ourselves, sometimes over and over, until we are a known commodity. It's tough and takes time. And patience on our part.

Remember, too, that FFE is still fighting really bad CSA numbers. They have to do something about them or the DOT will step in. All of that starts at their driver academy, which I bet is why they required everyone to attend, whether they hold a CDL or not.
