yeah they will see the suspension as of the end date you finished the fines and could get a regular dl.

Hard to say man each Company is different. What were the fines for? Some certain things like speeding can be looked at for around 3 years. DUI up to 10. Problem is they will not like the Suspended License. Just call a few companies and see.

Get the longest MVR as far as years as you can up to 10. Now you will see what the company sees depending on each companies years.

In hindsight, it all turned out to be true. Even experienced and/or well trained drivers fail because the examiners have no consistent SOP and inject their subjective opinions of what is and is not a demonstrated ability to inspect and operate the vehicle.
