The new restart rule actually caused me to drive more instead of its intention

How many times have you been travelling down the road, and you see a 18 pulled over by a local, and sitting behind the local, a state trooper. Can also tell you that just in Ohio in Columbus, there is the freeway patrol, and they know, and they have almost more authority then the state troopers. Where I live in Buckeye Lake, back when there was still the truck stop, a local would get a driver for something small, then if they needed more, a short phone call was made, and there came the either the diesel bear or a statey

Too bad the drivers are the ones who initiated the government "help" in the first place.. the abused called the police on their abusers then they cry when the abuser is slapped in cuffs and stuffed into the back of the squad car! LOL!!! BOO HOO HOO! I'll be there to bail you out in the morning sweetie pie!

my problem is I am usually down to about 2-3 hours left in 5 days so I do need the reset which I will get that in anyway before the recap would give me hours. I really don't see how the reset change is going to hurt anybody at all. I rarely have burned up my 70 and took exactly 34 hours off and took off. I usually take 48 hours off every week anyhow.

the 34 only messes with people based on having to take it during a certain time and doing the 2 nights in the time frame. Really you can still take the same amount of 34's you just need to plan it better unless you consistantly do 14's daily, most of my days are 10-11 hours, sometimes 8 and sometimes 14....I normally can work off my recap though.

under csa 2010 the locals will be dot certified. like when you first cross into Ohio from Pennsylvania on interstate 90 west. that scale house in the rest area is not run by Ohio DOT but is run by the local police department in Conneaut Ohio. If they get you for something they write you a ticket and you send the check to the Conneaut Ohio courthouse. Ohio DOT closed that scale then the city of Conneaut got money symbols in their eyes and took over that scale

Taxation with representation. Learn your history.

Its also worth noting that the idea of independence was not widespread as you portray it was. Many of the colonies were against it.

Go ahead and not follow the rules because you think they are dumb. It's your license, freedom, and life on the line. All it will take is one at fault accident.

CVSA certifications are not a mandatory requirement for LEO's.

you just keep bending over and letting other folks control your God-given right to be free and take care of your family, they will soon have you balancing a ball on your nose

I know the regs pretty well.. and the laws regarding transportation and the constitution.. god isn't mention in any of them.. nice try though. You can follow the regs, or get fined out of existence or you can leave the industry..
