The locals voted with their dollars. This is normal and expected in a capitalist system. Winners win and losers die.

 

Walmart store 3412. Go there and see the "winners". I recommend a Friday afternoon. Two registers open, lines halfway across the store, and all the workers are out smoking. The last time I was there ( about 2 years ago), I left an entire cart of meat (probably cat meat from China labeled as Angus) sit in the line after a 40 minute wait.

I shop at local farmers markets, and local owned grocery stores now. I may pay a few bucks more, but shopping for groceries is a pleasant experience now. Most other items come from small stores in the area. And everything else comes from Amazon.And I have a better feeling about what I'm buying.

So, now you can pass this to your supervisor, and maybe they can forward it to the Walton family, and maybe that joke of a store can be closed. Or they could fix the issues. But they won't. They don't care.

So, one day, Walmart will become the loser that dies. Just as Sears is doing.

 

The first thing they can do is pick up the truckers wanted ads in billboards in the entrance bay. Half the population is not physically able to do it and the percentage of the rest should not try it.

Darn, I was hoping to get a job at Costco making nearly $30/hr, but seams to be about as true as striking the gold rush with CRST

 

My wife has worked for both Sam’s and Costco doing the same exact job.
She makes 30% more, better benefits and is treated better at Costco than at Sams’s.
