It has nothing to do with the company I could go to any company and make it work because I'm about my business. People just want something giving to them but it doesn't work that way you got to make it happen.

Yes sir it's swift and if you decide to lease just put your all into it and you can be successful too. I tell this to all my students and try my best to help whoever I can god bless you to and I hope you make plenty money out here and you can if want too

 

Are you training because you want to or because you have to?

 

Great question. Right now I'm training because I want to and I like the money. I don't have to train and I'll still make 1800 to 1300 a week before taxes but I've become greedy so I choose to train. Training is a way to guarantee a successful lease in my opinion. If I couldn't train or hire a teammate it would be harder alot harder actually but I would still do it

 

That's crazy that you need a student to guarantee success in a lease. How long have you been a driver?

 

I'm not saving it's the only way to guarantee success for it is for me. I could train 3 students a year and still be doing good I don't have to train all year long. And I been driving for about 3 years.

 

How many miles a week are you guys running ( with student ).

 

That's why I say you don't have to train year round grab a student make alot of money to just get you ahead and then go back solo. When you need some extra money fast grab another student and repeat the process.

 

How is that training if you guys are turning so many miles? You trust your life in the hands of a newbie driving while your sleeping? Anything for a buck huh?
