Edit: I just rewatched it and I see where he clearly took that out too. Man, that trailer is toast. This guy just firebombed his career.....if he had one. -

I just rewatched and noticed that once he ran over the meter and put the trailer parallel to the curb, he could have dropped the trailer, maneuvered the tractor out onto the street and rehooked.

DOT number looks like 1415241... I was able to pause the video and expand outward on my laptop. If that is the number it is some dude out of Nuevo Laredo which would explain a lot.

I Would Have Parked On The Street, Straddling The Sidewalk, With Four Ways, Then WALKED To Doors To Inquire.
Doubtful the driver would have accepted any "assistance". -
