That was appalling and it’s nothing to do with the bystanders. That driver had mirrors and he could see what he was doing. You can see that from the side of the trailer. Right when he started to touch the corner of the building he kept going… WTF? I can’t believe it. Where were the cops?
It has come to the point that cops investigating non-injury accidents is fast becoming a thing of the past. My son going north thru Pa. Passing another truck, U.S. Food, he pulls right over on my son, taking the passenger mirror. Kept going, never stopped. My son got his tag # trailer # stopped at the Flying J in Carlisle, called the state police. In short, here was the state police response, "call your company and let them handle it" Hit run? A joke anymore!!
What I noticed was...... no one except the guy recording it was even paying attention to it. Everyone just going about their business. There are places where these kind of things are so common place, no one even acknowledges it. There are also places where its best not to tarry too long. You get in & get out. Keep your doors locked & dont even think about getting out of the truck. If you bump something, dont even look up... keep pushing right on out to the interstate. Cops wont even stop you to investigate. Where-ever you drop the car off, let the cops in that zone call a wrecker for it & move on.
I think I watched a different video - everyone is standing around watching the idiot do his idiotic thing. The guy who owned the blue pick up took some pics of his torn up stuff, then moved his truck. The woman was taking pictures of her car that had been foricibly moved from it's parking spot, and everyone else is standing there shaking their heads. It's a lot like the USA truck uturn video - help had been offered and refused. When dealing with crazy - it's best not to get involved. Why would anyone risk their life or limb for physical property? And if anyone is afraid to "tarry too long" in a neighborhood that looks like this it's best that they never leave their house.
Now, now, be kind. Lots of howlers aren't progeny of voluble progenitors who grew up in a two davenport home.
Well In all fairness. I knew what it was supposed to mean per the context it was written. Just never heard that word and yes. I grew up in this country and yes. Did the college thing. Just no word like that was ever used Anyway. At some point. Today or whenever. It was a first time for any who use or know of it right?
