No one outside the deep south knows what sweet tea is. First time I went to Charleston, SC I ordered iced tea. I darned near hit a diabetic coma after the first sip. Order coffee cake and you get this dry, tasetless thing drizzled in something that tastes like marzapan instead of

If y'all can make such great biscuits, why can't you make decent pastry?

At least y'all don't put cinnamon in your marinara sauce.

Grouch, Badmon, Coffey and 2 others Thank this.

To be clear - you're driving ON the railroads tracks that cross a road?

Then you're driving on the overpass, not the viaduct.
The viaduct carries the railroad (or electrical/steam/whatever pipes) over the road

I'll give you the coffee cake... thats just a breakfast pastry... thats no coffee cake in fact I honesty don't think I've heard the word coffee cake since I was a younger growing up in Illinois.. now it's only 1 state so the S is silent when you refer to the state .. there's only 1 Illinois... Thank God .. I'am sure your aware of that .. since you do understand the English language.. your the kid I always hated in English class when I was in school...lol

Not all bridges span water. What if it spans a gully, ravine, gorge or valley?

Coffey, gentleroger and Oxbow Thank this.

Yeah I had a run in the other day. Old guy with sweety express mouthing at me for passing him. Or the Crete driver that dumped his piss cup out the window when I passed.

I’ve been trying to calm down and laugh stuff off lately, and it feels like I’m being tested about it. I feel like some people are over due an ### whoopin.

Bridges over railways here unless that’s what ya meant. Tho MO has three kinds of people midwesterners, the southerners and the city folk.

In Chicago, any gully, ravine, gorge, or valley that requires a bridge has water running through it.
