I want to store stuff to the cloud like one drive and I'm wondering how much space I would need for all the rate cons and etc.... thxs

For those types of files, you'd need a lifetime to fill up the free OneDrive. It's things like video that takes up a lot of space.

All paperwork gets scanned and put in appropriate folders. Backed up monthly. Paper gets put in folders and boxes. It’s important so you can also get your own analytics. How else would you know you are doing great or not, and how you can improve. Driving is not the main job anymore. Running the business is. You can do this! It is easier than you think, just get in the groove. As you get going you will end up spending less time doing your analytics and your account will grow. IFTA audit, taxes, FMCSA audit, etc.. stay sharp!

I use Mega. It's my digital file cabinet that I can access anywhere at any time. I also keep all the physical paper in very large real file cabinet in my office. Having both is the only way to go.
If you're not organized, it will cost you tremendously in the long run. Service work, parts, returns, warranties, maintenance, taxes, governmental agencies etc etc are a breeze to deal with and handle when you can easily look up paperwork for issues when they arise.Last edited: Sep 24, 2022
