I don't remember 1 on the north, but I remember 1 on the south side that is basically a small convenient store. The problem is you can lose a truck in some of those holes.

this compadre spent 30 min parallel parking in here, blocking the truck behin him thats parked on the old J scale, AND blocking the 80' long truck parking in the REAL parking spont in front of him, there is 15' from the front of this guys truck to the front of the other truck....

A guy did the same thing in the same spot to a LST driver yesterday (except unlike me he had a 4 axle step so his trailer is allot longer then mine)

This is my biggest issue out here, I HUNT for a easy out spot, i'll start driving at midnight if i have to get parked in time to get a real spot, i have a 270wb on my truck and a spread...i cant just park this truck anyware

I wish I had a pic of what this guy did last night to me. I was parked in a corner spot at a loves. A Crete driver comes flying in front first to the corner spot 90 degrees next to me. His trailer was sticking out completely barricading me. I had to tell him to turn around. Where does this inconsideration and ignorance come from?? It is the first thing I think about when parking the rig. Am I going to be in anybody's way?? I don't even stay at the fuel island after fueling and pulling up if I need something in the store. I find a PROPER PARKING PLACE AND WALK.

He is if there's a truck backed in next to him, and if there isn't yet, there will be. I got caught in the fuel island by some idiot while his rotund lady friend bought 20lbs of Arby's. Yeah, he's sitting there in the truck the whole time knowing we're waiting to leave.

No matter how many times I see crap like this, it still irks the heck outta me. Pure laziness. Flat out rude....a lot of drivers don't care about the next guy. All they care about is there lazy selves.

Every day you see some "driver" setting in the fuel island doing paperwork, scratching his (*&^ or not even in their truck. I can't count how many times I've backed out after fueling because I personally didn't have the time to wait. Or just didn't want to wait on Mr Professional Truck Driver.

If I know I'm staying at that place for any extended time, I fuel and go find a spot. Or if I need to grab some grub, shower, use the can etc... I go park then get my receipt etc...

But what do you do? Saying something to these "drivers" doesn't do any good. They won't change. Just part of the job, I suppose. Just like dealing with idiots on four wheels.

I'm pretty sure that in some states if you hit there truck with yous when they are illegally parked then you have the right of way. You might be able to make there insurance pay for repairs to both trucks. I doubt it would be worth your time, but I think it's fun to think about.
