    11% every year is an insane amount of labor cost increase, particularly when that cost is not coupled with increased productivity and/or revenue.

    That's literally their job. If they fail they will be fired or voted out.

    No, profit is determined by the amount of revenue left over after expenses have been paid.

    How did you come to that opinion, did it cause share prices to become too high for your liking?


    Which is exactly why I said the union should be negotiating ESOP for their members, that way their members have skin in the game and benefit directly from increased productivity.

    The fundamental problem with unions is that they pit workers against management rather than fostering a collaborative environment where increased productivity and profitability benefit everybody in the conpany.
