    Thats why they offer pizza for lunch and potluck Tuesday. These 2 things alone should be enough for the pheasants.

    The Union has rejected 50% raise better retirement and no automation. And wont come to bargining table.....

    "The alliance also raised its offer to boost wages by almost 50%, triple employer contributions to retirement plans, and retain the current language around automation."

    The sticking point is 'retain the current language' which apparently doesn't mean much. A 50% wage increase doesn't mean much if the job no longer exists.
