Well, I know I replied too late, so I hope the interview went well. But dont over dress, you're only driving a truck. Don't look like a slob, you represent their name out on the road. For restarts on a hill, I have right foot on the brake, and let off the clutch (with left)till I feel the truck start to pull on the brakes (just barely) then smoothly switch my right foot from the brake to the accelerator. They just want to know you can drive the truck safely, you realize (or can pretend in front of them) that the truck is not a race car and you're not grinding gears in to oblivion. However some grinding is accepted and to be expected. Every truck has its own little personality.
