Well i ain't no recruiter. I have gone to the trucking school i graduated from and took my truck up there to talk to people about Roehl. I defend Roehl because they gave me a second chance when I busted up a new prostar my first week on the job when most companies would have fired me for it.

I also defend them because I have been treated very well. Lately I've been given more hometime than I earned and I ain't complaining one bit about that.

I enjoy working here and it's a great place to start, that's what I push, start here and if you want to, move on after a year. I don't get a referral bonus from Roehl for referring people on here, the only time I get a referral bonus is if it's an experienced driver coming to roehl or if the person goes through Roehl's school.

It happens. There's a thread on here where drivers busted a recruiter cold by matching her user name to an IP number on another forum.

I'll go ahead and say it doesn't happen with Roehl. I know they know about the forum, but they don't have any paid bloggers. Quite frankly they don't actually need any paid bloggers. I've been accused of being a paid blogger for them, but that would be odd because I work for a different company. There are a handful of folks on here that know who I am, they could vouch for my statements.

I didn't mean paid bloggers but rather company shills posing as drivers.

I could careless who goes where. As a Roehl driver you ask on our forum most likely you'll get answered. It's not the best fit for everyone but fits most people needs. Are they perfect not at all, good for new to the industry for sure. For experienced drivers you'd have to ask them. We're not recruiters just down to earth. We'll correct you if your wrong and answer if you ask. Not all info is hunky dorry for Roehl as a company. We get pissed at stupid things like anyone else, deal with the crapola as well. And will agree if something's messed up and give the advice to go what route to fix it. It's not that we are pro Roehl just good natured people. You can make the decision to do whatever that's great.

Seems odd to make a statement like "trucking aint what it used to be" if you weren't previously a driver. You should probably correct that to something more like "trucking aint quite what I imagined it to be", that would be a more correct statement.

Thats irrevelant to the subject but i knew u was gonna say something like that lol well truck aint what it used to be thats exactly what i meant wether i was there before or not thats exactly what it is and if im wrong ask a driver out on the streets not here because here u can say u have 20 years experience if u want at least i be honest and i admit i havent been in the industry for long but im not a recruter tryng to lie about the company to trick drivers into making risks and leaving their family away and still being treated like dogs like alot of people on this forum and u can easily tell who are thosr
