Yeah it can be somewhat exciting in the winter. One thing about Wy. is that it can be blue sky out but if the wind is blowing it is no different then a blizzard. Makes snow plows useless when this happens. Make sure to always check road conditions across the state before going. Truck stops are few and far between and trust me, I have spent many occasions on the side of the road (or sometimes in the middle of the highway) out there. I do miss it though! Drive safe! Don't push it.

Hello CW. Pertaining to tea. I've been using Lipton's cold brew tea bags for years. They come in caffeinated and decaf. Simply carry a gallon jug of water and drop in two tea bags. After a couple hours or longer if you prefer, shake it around a little bit or use a stir stick and remove the tea bags. Same thing with your sugar or splenda, put it in and either shake well or use a stir stick. Nothing to it at all.
wulfman75 Thanks this. -
Wyoming got real exciting after green river to about mm 50.
Injun if you are reading this you need to tell your fellow Swift drivers not to stop in the travel lane to de-ice their wipers. At the very least close the door. Hahaha. I came right close to taking a driver's door off. Choice of door or ditch - door loses..
Coming down into salt lake city was fun. I was fine, but my trainer needed a valium. Hahah.
He had me come down off the summit in 6th at 30mph. I got passed by a dang England truck and the Swift truck whose door I almost took off.
Anyrate we are fixin' to do it all in reverse. Off to PA. -

I know it is the individual drivers fault but come on, don't they teach you at Swift to pull off the friggin road to do your daily vehicle maintenance! I guess those are the ones you see on the news!
Just for future reference, any new drivers reading this, or apparently Swift drivers, pull off the interstate before even thinking of exiting your vehicle. Even if you aren't getting out of your truck you should still get it off the highway. Especially, for Gods sake, in the winter time! I saw an R.V. once split in half by a big rig because the RV'er decided to not pull off the interstate. It looked as if someone took a cutting torch and went completely down the middle length wise. Kind of like a doll house.
Let's all use some common sense out there! Common sense will get you by, trust me!
