The TA and Petro likes smelly drivers

Maybe that's why I don't get sick. Bathing in truck stop showers and otherwise frequenting truck stops for 3 decades, I've developed an immunity to every contagion and communicable disease known to mankind

However, I do try to keep my distance from those who have the Can't Back Disease... I worry about contracting that one.

 

speaking of attendants, while in a rest room at a pilot washing my hands and face a attendant opened up and dumped what was his mind, he was saying how disgusting the showers get, he said he cleans up after at least 200 showers on his shift alone. he had more to say, but I'll stop there, when he when he was finished unloading on me, I said I never really looked at it from your side of the street and went on to mentuon that most drivers are grateful the showers available and thanked him dealing with it.

 

I'm one of those that doesn't leave any traah behind, if it weren't for moisture you couldn't twll I was there.

 

I always leave a few bucks too. Last night was the first time ever the attendant didn't get a tip.

 

I usually leave .50. If it's really clean, I'll leave a dollar. If it looks like they didn't touch it, I won't leave anything.

 

No towel = no tip lol.

 

This J's enhanced parking lot WiFi sucks.
The manager said my $5 was non refundable, but he did give me two slices of pizza & a coffee so we're square.

 

At least their parking lot speaker system is alive and well.

 

I'll take my slightly burnt bacon and eggs that I made myself on my camp stove over that crap any day of the week and save myself $3.00

 

Does anyone else find it disconcerting that a group of grown men in the lounge a completely and firmly engrossed in a woman's movie?
