He knows who he is, and will be along shortly to take credit.

    No injuries.

Side dumps have a bad habit of rolling when dumping.

I was on the phone with my friend when it rolled. I heard "OH ####, OH ####, OH ####" and then wreck sounds. And the phone goes dead. Scared me, the sounds brought back WAY too many memories of when I wrecked my truck.

I hope the driver is OK.

I was only a short time in the aggregate hauling business. I did not know that side dumpers had such a bad reputation. I do know that I've been told there are only two kinds of end dumpers. Ones that have been flopped over, and ones that will be. . .

I guess I've never actually seen a side dump... or never paid attention. It seems to me, however, to be a REALLY BAD design. Why aren't there outriggers on those things? Or are there?

Some times they'll "dump and roll" outriggers wouldn't work then. I dunno why they don't, take too much time to dump maybe?

Nope, I've passed it on already. Can't take it back unless................ Besides as another friend of his told him ........ "it takes talent to roll a truck when you aren't driving."
