One question about the original truck in this thread. The truck has a fairly large sleeper, is that a function of the job site being far away or the truck taking material great distances? I wouldn't think you'd want to go too far with that mess behind you.

Don't know why I "need" an answer either. Maybe I need a hobby.:biggrin_25512:

Its actually cheaper to buy a sleeper truck and then convert it to a day cab. This one just hasn't been converted yet.

Mjstef found out today that his satellite radio antenna didn't survive the wreck.

Since I had 2 spares I sent him one of mine.

If that's the worst that happened, he should feel lucky.

    No kidding.

There was some other minor damage that he already listed. And I think they might find some other small things once they go back to work.

Would this owner buy a T6 or does he only want T8 and W9's?

Even tho the T6 is built from many of the same components as the T8 and W9, the T8 and W9 have a bit of a heavy duty reputation.

if he found one with the right specs at the right price, when he was looking, he would buy it. only ford or paccar products now (as far as big trucks)

i heard he was kicking himself in the rear for not buying mine before i bought it.

hey brick....my brother is driving JRS's t8 today moving houses...i guess he aint goin back to double D just yet....im sure donny's relieved!!
