That looks like some type of crusher or screen with a booster. I would still guess that whatever happened the weight of the load took everything else with it. Sharp corner and the booster took the load of the shoulder?

Edit to add: Maybe drilling equipment?

 

Notes said something about a tube bender, in a 40mph curve.

I can not verify any of that independently. Just what was noted on the picture.

 

If it's a reply to a new poster, I quickly scan it to see that I should probably let the newbie know what is truthful (not much) and what is outright lies.
We don't need newbies thinking we actually condone his behavior. Just bad for the website as a whole.
