So if I have a 14' lift of lumber of with rigid boards and no need for centre dunnage, if I put the straps at 10 feet apart (accounting for any not blocked against forward movement and adding an extra strap), despite being good for the federal regs for weight and length, New York would still take issue.
I've never been to New Brunswick, but apparently they do the same thing there with the "ruler". -
