This happened at Porter In TA 2 days ago. I understand that the driver meant to go forward and went back instead..

Thought this was too funny to pass up. Ever want to drive one of those white Volvo’s owned by an Eastern European from the Chicago area? Here’s your chance! Long miles guaranteed! I admire his entrepreneurial spirit, but I’d pass.

I've been looking for a flat bad outfit. At least they're honest that they're flat bad.

That’s a common site near the ports. They move stuff like that off the port to a warehouse. Probably only going a few blocks. Not making excuses, just stating that, that is fairly common

Tried to get permits for a load like that once - the manufacturer shipped a non-self supporting load on a flat deck - but even sending it in for special review at the state permit offices it was a no go. The shipper had to build a permanent skid and reattach everything to it.

So this re**tard decides to park in the travel lane when there is clearly a spot open. And is hanging 10 feet out. Wonder how long his hood will last? FE6F0949-CD7C-45CB-9D03-99E7BF50A564.jpeg

That's one place I do not fuel at. I might have run into him at one time or another. Not productive and unbecoming to the hospitality etc.

To balance, I remember one in Newport across street from Bus halt, it was actually a smallish truckstop but burned downs sometime1998-99. Roughly.
