9E67CF44-FDB7-424A-BF96-79581DD8A3CD.png Local guy here had to dynamite his brakes yesterday. The end result wasn’t good. The company uses shotty equipment but a bad day for him

So much for the fool I once had try to tell me about 15 years ago you don’t need securement for logs.

You get some slick Popular logs on a load and you can't put enough securement on them to positively hold them. Especially in the hot summer, Popular logs bark will get loose, and the sap between the bark and the logs is as slick as grease. Logs in the middle can still move, no matter how much securement you have on. Best thing to do is have them against a headboard so they can't gain any momentum when the try to move.

No excusing the securement, but I hate the way they have that stoplight timed.

At least he has some chains! I’m surprised he isn’t throwing straps over them.

don't know how to post pics but look at this gem. I'm thinking they only measured 1 part of the bridge not the whole thing. If that's the case I'd be firing the pilot/pole car. And go by my favorite rule if you want it done right do it yourself

God I hate those spam ads that hijack the browser and spam you with alerts. Can't load that page long enough to see the video.
