I doubt he left the lot like that, it would be scary enough pulling to a place to finish tieing down when you stopped . lol

Yeah i know.. Can see it in the mirror.

At the 18 yard line WB of the gorge was some one havin a bad day. Dryvan had exploded like a ballon. Doors blown off and walls/roof bulged out. Blue pallets inside turned up. Im pretty sure it was a full load of bagged quickcrete that came to a sudden stop.

There was no shrapnel or wreckage i could see.. tractor was disconnected and out of wreckers way. Its hard for me to think a brake check could launch all that but all my stuff is strapped so idk what van freight does.

There was THREE full hotshots of pallets and a crew fixin to hand empty it and probably go make the deliveries on roadside restacked pallets, id imagine.

Theres a program im glad not to be a part of today

Why even tarp it. The nose wasn't even closed off.

Funny part is they probably store it outside. There’s a plant here that sells smelter slag for sandblasting in those super sacks. They’re stored outside year round, but require tarps when transporting.

it is usually because they have a plastic bag lining the super-sac and the wind will shatter the plastic if it has been exposed to sunlight,

A lot of the time they claim they don't want any road grime on it. But it does piss a guy off when he pulls his tarps and then they set the load in a mud hole. lol

I loaded a load of prefab stainless tubing once, with the understanding that I had to tarp one pallet. When they finished loading they set a pallet on the nose with a 12, in by 12 in box strapped to it. I ask if that really had to be tarped, and they said yes, the packing slip was in there. groan. I busted the straps and threw the box in the passenger floorboard.

Wouldn't you still close the front, I did not get a pic, but it was wide open too.
