I have no clue how this happens... Rolls in here looking like he drove through a tornado, he recruited some help and both of them are on top of the load now... oh boy. Its a white volvo so I wouldn't put anything past him.

First time tarping? Put the rear tarp on top of the front. Things got ugly once he got up to speed. Probably doesn't have a radio so he couldn't hear any attention getter. He's so used to others blowing their horn at him. When it actually for something important, he just ignored it. So things got hurricane ugly and now we're at this point.

 

Are they wearing track suits and flip-flops? If not. They're out of uniform. LOL
