Just like most of the truck stops and rest areas I've been to lately.

Nice. RV’s are free to invade the places that cater to trucks, but not vice versa.

My level of contempt for RVs has just increased considerably.

On the bright side, the rv’s tarp isn’t torn.

Brother, you have no idea. I despise those azzhats! Not only do I have to compete with a bunch of trucks for limited parking, but now I have to compete against rvs aswell....screw them. The J in Cheyenne has been invaded by them. Do you remember on our other goto thread about a month back? I gave a full account of the place and I had front row seats to a meth ring bust. They towed out a bunch of raggity rvs that day.

The J in Cheyenne is still an encampment. Starting to see more in other places as well. Moving south for the winter.

I have seen three tractor-trailer loads of Christmas trees so far this morning.
I guess people are looking for Christmas Eve bonfires in the living room: 45 days from cut will leave a tree awful dry even sitting in water

My dad has 160 acres, every tree in my 31 years of life, has come from his property. It is a family get together, us 3 girls, and our parents. Mom passed in 2015 of cancer, but we still did it just without our mother. My older sister moved out first, her husband and her come out yearly and get their tree, while we got our family tree. I'm the middle daughter, my little sister and I bought a house together in 2017, now we get 3 trees together from Dad's property. We can't imagine buying trees, yes we are spoiled.
