    The bundles are supposed to be either touching or, blocked by wood in between them.

    There is a way to do a wrap type securement on this. For 4 bundles, It takes at least 6 chains for top layer, plus some straps. It would be a lot less work to use blocking on them.

    Seen this next to me when I came out of the rest area. If you look at the receiver. The hitch is 2", then he has an adapter going down to 1.25". That poor little hitch is at a pretty decent angle screeming for help right now....lol. because it is over capacity and bending.

    This is the actual scale lane( he got the red arrow to get to this point in the picture). Scale master came to the window, looked at his equipment and gave him green light.
