On first glance, I'd was going to say no. But there's blocking between units, and depending on weight, I'm going to stick my neck out and say it's probably legit, but not how I would do it?

Yes , I've done that way many times. Have hauled as many 11 per load.

Ive only hauled scissor lifts a couple times before . the way i done it was similar but after each lift, the chain goes down to the rail then back up to the next lift . not sure if it made any difference or made it any more secure then that picture. At the end of the day it was still 1 chain and if it failed all lifts were unsecured on that side.

May be able to see how it’s done. 13 lifts, 10 chains, 12 binders? I do like to go back to the rail between lifts.
