The comments on Ike's video pointed out that those trailers are made to have attachments that come up from underneath. The container is secure, same as if it was on a container trailer.

Plenty of flats and steps out there with container locks. Pretty common to see them around the major port cities. It's the same thing as a chassis and they can drop flush with the deck when not in use.

Unfortunately, we can't ascertain anything about that from the picture alone, because of it's poor quality. For instance, I looked (I really looked) but could not see the mechanism below the bed, as it's really grainy...plus that seems to be forward of where I usually see the locks like in the picture from Razororange, where they are usually positioned at the corners of the trailer and the midway point of the trailer. So considering the blurriness of the picture, the Super Glue option looks like it's valid, in addition to it's humourous value. :)
Considering that looks to be a 48ft, they usually have two sets of locks for 20ft containers, which is why it looks off to me. Maybe it's a custom layout...but...again, hard to tell from the picture. :)

Ah... ok that's interesting! I wondered if it was maybe permanently attached somehow, like maybe it was a job trailer or something, but that explanation makes much more sense.

The trailers usually the high dollar aluminum ones have holes in the deck to support different sized containers.
The can locks are put into the hole and bottom lever is turned to lock it to trailer. Container it then dropped on it frome above and its lever is turned to lock it onto trailer.
Its the same way the railroad double stacks a train car.
