For the few times I get on an Interstate in a 4 wheeler, I stay away, as much as possible, from all Class 6, 7, 8 Combinations.

I was taught to Chain First, then Strap OVER Tarp.
"Looks" like the trailer aft axle is carrying more weight but it mite jus b low air, considering how classically the Tarps were placed.
I believe, if they applied themselves, The 3 Stooges with Laurel and Hardy could have done a better placement, and that's after a few Beers, supplied by the Deadend Kids, on a nice mild 86% humidity with 88 degree day.
