Having hauled out of a Komatsu manufacturing plant they do care about shipping things in a safe and legal way. They've kicked out companies before for trying to cut corners and use under rated equipment. If that shipped from a US based manufacturing plant they wouldn't have let him out the gate. -
That trailer will hold the world, concentrated weight be dammed. -
This
1. has all the weight on the outriggers
2. Is loaded significantly outside the 10 foot reinforced location, so even the weight being distributed from the outside is actually being distributed *towards* the center point (and vice versa)
3. This is an all aluminum, much of the strength comes from its camber, with that much negative camber, its ability to hold the weight is being stretched towards its absolute failure point.
4. Do NOT buy this trailer even if it springs back after this, overloading aluminum frames is a good way to have sudden failure long after the overloading happened -
cke Thanks this.

Not really a hall of shame, but a good example of why you should dump the trailer suspension before pulling out. Or use 2×6 wood.
